1. General Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)

This section applies to any non-customized, stock items you may have purchased.

  • Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects (see Section 3).

2. Initiating a Return or Claim

To initiate a return (for non-custom items), report a defect, or file a warranty claim, you must follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed quickly:

  • Email Contact: Please email our team directly at sales@roguewear.com.
  • Required Information: Your email must include the following four items:Reference Number: Your original quote or order number.Issue Description: A brief but detailed description of the reason for the return, the specific defect, or the warranty issue.Images: Clear photographs showing the issue or defect on the goods.Desired Outcome: Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or repair.
  • Review and Next Steps: Our team will evaluate your claim based on the images and description provided and will respond with instructions for shipping, replacement, or repair.

3. Claims for Defects and Errors

  • Custom Items: Custom or personalized bags are only eligible for replacement or refund if there is a manufacturing defect or if the final product significantly differs from the approved design proof.
  • Time Limit: Any claims for manufacturing defects (on both custom and non-custom items) must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: If the item is defective or if the wrong product was sent, Rogue Wear will cover the costs of return shipping.
  • General Return: For all other returns (e.g., preference or fit issues on non-custom items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. 5-Year Bag Warranty

Our Maine-made bags are built to last and come with a 5-year warranty under normal use and care.

  • If your bag needs repair or replacement due to materials or workmanship within five years, please follow the claims process outlined in Section 2. We will evaluate your claim and provide the necessary steps for repair or replacement at our discretion.
