Delivery and returns
1. Shipping and Delivery
Our goal is to ensure your custom apparel and gear arrive safely and on time.
1.1. Processing and Production Time
Custom orders require production time, which begins only after Full Payment and Proof Approval (as detailed in our Terms and Conditions). Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated with your quote.
1.2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable, standard shipping providers to deliver your order. The shipping provider is selected based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order to ensure efficient service.
1.3. Shipping Responsibility
- Risk of Loss: Rogue Wear maintains responsibility for the product, including loss or damage during transit, until the order is successfully delivered to your specified address.
- Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are determined during the quoting process and are included in the final invoice amount.
2. General Return Policy (Non-Custom Items)
This policy applies only to non-custom, non-personalized items (such as stock bags or accessories) purchased from Rogue Wear.
2.1. Return Window
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2.2. Condition of Return
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In its original condition.
- Include all original tags attached.
2.3. Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the returned item reaches us safely, unless the item being returned is defective or the wrong product was sent to you.
3. Custom and Personalized Items
3.1. Non-Returnable Goods
Due to the unique, customized nature of our apparel and gear, custom or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3.2. Manufacturing Defects
The only exception to the non-returnable policy for custom items is in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the final product significantly differs from the approved design proof.
3.3. Claims for Defects
Any claims for manufacturing defects on custom items or non-custom items must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. You must include photographic evidence and a description of the defect when submitting your claim.
4. 5-Year Bag Warranty
Our Maine-made bags are constructed for durability and are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
4.1. Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim for repair or replacement:
- Email sales@roguewear.com.
- Include photos and a brief description of the issue.
- We will evaluate the claim and provide next steps for repair, replacement, or service.
